Thursday has a chance of rain so we took the chance to go to the park today since the weather was so lovely!

Hello all!  We are having a wonderful start to the new year in K3!  We have only been in school 7 days and the students are blowing me away!  Each year in k3 we do ABC tongue twisters that help with pronunciation among other things.  These k3 students can already read our new one called “Alex the Astronaut.”  They had some awesome k2 teachers who helped get them to where they are now. 😉💕

It’s Friday and everyone is still pretty energetic.
We danced a lot and sang some songs together as we go for walks and then spent some quiet time together once we got back.

The new k2 kids are having a blast in school. ⭐
Today they were matching uppercase and lowercase letters.  They did so well! They had fun coloring rainbow frogs too.
Afterwards they played a fun abc game together.

Our first park day since the cherry blossoms have bloomed and the children kept picking some up and handing them to the teachers while smiling.

The weather was so nice that everyone showed smiles as bright as the sun!

We love park days here in Kinder!  One of the things we like most is a good game of chase.  Usually chasing one of the teachers is what we like the best. 😅💕
