We have begun our daily summer school events and today we all played with some blue sheets, creating waves and playing volleyball with them.

Hello everyone!  Another fun day at Victoria International Summer School. 🌞  Today’s two topics were Bubbles and Garden!  We used these nifty unicorn and elephant gloves to make bubbles with and it was great!  In the afternoon we talked about plant life cycles and we wrote out our names by glueing sunflowers seeds to a paper.  The kids were excited to use real seeds!  See you tomorrow! - Starr🏖

Hello all!  We started summer school and it was great!  Each day we have two topics we explore.  The first day was craft and science.  For craft we made watermelons!  For science we made an ice cream cone volcano.  It was very exciting!  Stay tuned for all of our summer fun! - Starr🏖

This week was the last in our monthly theme of Fairytales and Nursery Rhymes.  This week we focused on “The Itsy Bitsy Spider.”  During craft lesson, we made a water spout that the spider could move up and down complete with a sun and rain prop to go with it. 🌞🌧  The children loved singing the song while acting it out with their own spider.

It’s hot and sunny everyday, yet we’re chilling inside learning to play new games together!

Every morning we start kindergarten with our Morning Meeting.  We say good morning, sing songs and go over our daily and monthly topics.  At the end we always do our show and tell time.  Kids bring things from home and share about them with their friends.  Today’s show and tell was a couple of cute sea creatures from a visit to the aquarium.  The students had lots of questions for their friends about the stuffed animals.  🐳   See you next time!  - Starr🍎
