Kindergarten~ A Snowman Shouldn’t…

In Kindergarten, we work a lot on creativity as well as other skills.  One of our projects this week was to think about what snowmen shouldn’t do.  The kids had a lot of fun talking about the various situations that could get a snowman in trouble, such as drinking hot chocolate or taking a hot bath!  They did a great job drawing their ideas too!

The K3 kids had so many ideas that it was hard to make them focus on only one!  They did a great job.  Enjoy their cute snowmen!  ~  Starr♡

Happy New Year from Kinder kids!

Happy New Year everyone!  We hope you all had a wonderful holiday and are ready for the start of 2020.   We were very happy to come back to kindergarten!  The kinder teachers missed all of our students during the break.
On our first day back, we had a lot of fun playing at the park and enjoying the crisp winter air~  Starr♡

Kindergarten~ Christmas Recital 2019

Every year our kindergarten classes put on a Christmas recital.  This year we performed “The Littlest Christmas Tree.”

The kids were wonderful!  They memorized all of their lines and danced and sang to three Christmas songs.  You all were amazing, kinder kids!

Before the performance, the students enjoyed games, Christmas cookies and we even had a visit from Santa!
It was such a lovely Christmas.  Thank you to all of the parents who came.   ~Starr ♡

Kindergarten Reindeer Craft

Here in kindergarten, we are getting ready for our Christmas performance on Friday.  It’s been such a wonderful month full of Christmas fun.   The students made a reindeer shape craft that is so adorable!  Each student was given a different shape for the head of their reindeer.  Each class had a different level part to write about their craft.  K1 wrote the name of their shape.  K2 wrote a sentence stating their shape.  K3 wrote a little paragraph about their shape and what their reindeer likes.  We have these lovely reindeer decorating our classroom now.   ~ Starr ♡
