We have had a great beginning of the year here in kindergarten! Last Friday we had our annual Easter party where we dyed Easter eggs, had an Easter egg hunt and ate traditional marshmallow Peeps. The kids had so much fun and looked adorable with their Easter bunny headbands. 🐰See you next time!

We like to play games that help us understand and learn new concepts. Today we are playing a game where each student rolls the dice, doubles it and then colors the number😊 Whoever gets the most, wins the game. We had a blast! See you next time!

We had a great time at the Ueno Zoo last week! It was the first time we had been able to go in the last three years. Everyone was so excited and we had a blast! We can’t wait to go again next year. 🐆🦓🐘🦛🦒

Happy Valentine’s Day!  We had a great time celebrating love and friendship.  We passed out handwritten cards to our friends and gave them treats like candy or chocolate.  We made chocolate covered marshmallows with sprinkles too!

Here in Kinder we celebrate Japanese holidays and traditions too!  On Setsubun, we went out and had a lot of fun trying to scare the “oni” away.   We were very brave and they ran away!  It was great fun!
