Well done.

The weather has been unusually cool and rainy for July.  We weren’t able to swim last week so we took  surprise trip to the park.  It was so much fun and the kids could run and use a lot of energy. One of their favorite activities is to chase the teachers.  Some of the kids are so fast now that they can actually tag us out!   It was a wonderful day.  Hopefully we can enjoy the pool this week! 🌞  -Starr ♡

毎日行っているPhonics。

この日はフラッシュカードを使い、

Phonics Songに合わせて楽しく学びました。

フラッシュカードを使うレッスンは、

ネイティブの先生との会話や

子どもの発想力を高める大事な時間です。

一人ずつ行いますが、

さすがPreschool, 順番もしっかり守れています😊

レッスンの最後には

ひとり１枚のカードが配られ、

A~Zまで子供達だけで並び替え☺

分からないお友達がいればhelpをし、

お互いに助け合いながら上手に完成！

来年はPeschoolの子供たちも

Kindergartenに進級。

英語力はもちろん、協調性も身につけて

いきたいですね。

Hello everyone!  Is everyone enjoying the rainy season? We are hoping for sunny skies soon here in kindergarten.

Even with all of the rain, we are still having a lot of fun.  During k3, we do mini research projects about different things.  This month we learned about Australian animals!  Each student had a different animal they had to learn about and share with the class.   They did such a great job!  - Starr♡

子供達も大好きなStory Time🙂

この時期の英語の読み聞かせは、

語彙力を増やすのはもちろん、

集中力、想像力を育てます。

今日は先生が子供達も大好きなEric Hillsの

Where’s Spotの仕掛け本を読んでくれました。

MommyがSpotを探しますが、なかなか

見つからないという内容の絵本。

子供達も先生と一緒に、

”Is he behind the door?”

”Is he in the piano?”と

楽しそうに探していました😊

まだまだ雨の日が続きそうなので、

お部屋で過ごす時間が長くなると思います。

たくさんのお話を読んでいきたいと思います😊

今日も朝からすっきりしないお天気☁︎☂️

スクールではジメジメしたお天気に負けず、

室内で遊べる手遊びやこの時期にぴったりな

rain rain go away🎵を歌ったりして

楽しく過ごしています。

お歌や手遊びを楽しんだ後は

おままごとの食べ物を使ってcountingの練習を！

「How many apples do you have ?」

の先生の質問に対して、

「I have ◯◯」と言えるように先生と一緒にします。

まだ1人では言えませんが、子供達は

真似をするのがとっても上手！

頑張って言おうとする子もいましたよ！

Worksheetの時間ではduckのcoloringを🎵

duckを見た途端、quack quackと言った

子もいましたよ！

Pre-Preschool、アウトプットが本当に

増えてきました！
